Ameland has a 2026 scheme for smart energy systems that coordinates existing installations. This is different from an energy label. For recently installed systems, product information, invoices and photographs can nevertheless be important evidence during a label survey.

Do you travel to Ameland for one property?

Can an energy label be combined with WWS?
Yes, for relevant rental properties the survey can be scoped together with a WWS points assessment. The two deliverables remain separate and each uses its own rules.
Can you guarantee the label outcome in advance?
