1. Scope and contract
These terms cover the property services stated in the quotation. A quotation is non-binding and valid for 30 days unless it states otherwise. The contract is formed through written acceptance or another demonstrable confirmation and scheduling of the assignment.
2. Price and consumer information
The quotation states scope, assumptions, VAT and foreseeable additional work. Website rates exclude VAT only where expressly stated. Consumers receive the total price including VAT and unavoidable charges before contracting.
3. Consumer withdrawal
A consumer contracting entirely at a distance generally has a 14-day withdrawal period. Work during that period starts only at the consumer’s express request. A proportionate amount may be due for work already performed, and the right can expire after full performance only when the statutory conditions are met.
4. Performance and cooperation
Royal Label performs with professional care. The client provides timely, accurate information, evidence, drawings and safe access. Missing evidence or access may require conservative assumptions, rescheduling or additional quoted work.
5. Energy performance and files
Energy-performance work follows the applicable NTA 8800, BRL 9500 and ISSO documents. Required results are registered in EP-Online. Project files are retained for at least 15 years where quality assurance requires this, and the client cooperates with required audits.
6. Timing, payment and cancellation
Timing is indicative unless expressly agreed as a final deadline. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Statutory notice, interest and collection rules apply. Late cancellation or denied access may result in reasonable, previously disclosed costs, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
7. Liability and force majeure
Liability is limited, where lawful, to foreseeable direct loss and the insurance payment or relevant invoice amount. This does not apply to intent, deliberate recklessness or rights that cannot legally be limited. Force majeure suspends affected duties while parties seek a reasonable alternative.
8. Complaints and law
Complaints should be sent promptly to [email protected] so Royal Label can investigate and, where appropriate, remedy the matter. Dutch law applies and disputes go to the court competent under applicable law.
