€20,000

For an integrated project the basic percentage is 30% and may rise to 40% for a qualifying high energy performance. Minimums, maximums, eligible costs and the cap per square metre per label step still apply. This example is explanatory, not a subsidy decision.

  • Individual measures: generally 20%
  • Integrated project: generally 30%
  • Up to 40% at qualifying high performance
  • RVO decides eligibility and the final amount

What Royal Label can prepare

We first establish the building use, ownership situation, intended measures and target. We then determine which energy advice, tailored advice or post-project energy label fits the route.

  • Energy-performance baseline
  • Measure packages and target performance
  • Technical evidence for the file
  • Registered post-project EPC where required

FAQ

Good to know in advance.

Can Royal Label guarantee the subsidy?+

No. RVO assesses the applicant, property, costs and measures. Royal Label supplies technical energy advice and evidence within the agreed scope.

Can work start before the application?+

The RVO process states that you should apply before commissioning the contractor or starting the sustainability work. Always check the current official conditions.

Is a new EPC always required after completion?+

For an integrated project a new registered EPC is generally required. RVO states exceptions for listed buildings and individual measures; verify the current conditions for your project.
