DUMAVA 2026 · CURRENT FUNDING ROUTE
For eligible Dutch public-purpose property, the 2026 scheme can contribute to individual measures or an integrated sustainability project. Royal Label supplies the energy-performance substantiation within its certification scope.

01 / DETAILS
The 2026 application period runs from 1 June, 09:00 through 16 October, 17:00, or earlier if the applicable budget is exhausted. The date of a complete submission counts.
02 / DETAILS
For an integrated project the basic percentage is 30% and may rise to 40% for a qualifying high energy performance. Minimums, maximums, eligible costs and the cap per square metre per label step still apply. This example is explanatory, not a subsidy decision.
03 / DETAILS
We first establish the building use, ownership situation, intended measures and target. We then determine which energy advice, tailored advice or post-project energy label fits the route.

No. RVO assesses the applicant, property, costs and measures. Royal Label supplies technical energy advice and evidence within the agreed scope.
The RVO process states that you should apply before commissioning the contractor or starting the sustainability work. Always check the current official conditions.
For an integrated project a new registered EPC is generally required. RVO states exceptions for listed buildings and individual measures; verify the current conditions for your project.
